1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: FREE for all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

We understand that you want your new camera as soon as possible. Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts:

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 0-1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated at 1-3 business days from the moment of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Providers

We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
